Your Help Needed in the MPPD’s Polar Plunge Challenge

The Mt. Pleasant Police Department (MPPD) is taking the plunge to benefit Special Olympics Michigan athletes.

We need your help in raising $15,000. Once that goal is met, MPPD Command Officers will take the chilly dive at the Polar Plunge event, scheduled for 12 p.m. on February 11, 2023 at the Wayside/O’Kelly’s parking lot.

Cash and check donations are also accepted. Checks can be made payable to Special Olympics of Michigan, with “MPPD Polar Plunge” notated on the memo line.  Donations can be mailed or delivered to:
