The city is once again on the prowl and ready to ’round up’ our feral feline friends. Established in 2021, our Trap Neuter Release (TNR) program stabilizes the feral cat population by humanely trapping, sterilizing, and vaccinating cats before they are returned to their outdoor habitat.
